When my family and I were ready to look for a new home to live in, David Soibatian was chosen as our Realtor. Morning till night he would look for the right house for my family to move in, he would always be in contact, show us any house we’d like to see at anytime we’d ask and, always ready to answer any question we had. Once we had found the right house David did not wait a single moment he got right to work and did all our paper work for us. He had even introduced us to the loan officer who is helping us which was always on top of everything. Escrow closed right timing everything went perfectly as planned. I can honestly say David Soibatian was an awesome Realtor and taught me a lot! Highly recommended!
